except an automobile, shall be parked on any street in the subdivision for a period of

performed on any lot or in the common areas, except as permitted by the rules and
regulations of the Autumn Ridge Homeowner's Association and any local law or regulations.

The exterior building material on all four (4) sides of
any structure erected on lots in Autumn Ridge, Phase One, shall be 85% brick. In all
subsequent phases or sections the exterior building materials shall be either brick, stone,
stucco or stucco type. Siding will be allowed on the facia and sophits of said structures.
