| Irrigation Emergencies | DUE TO FUNDING ISSUES IRRIGATION IS OFF AN IRRIGATION EMERGENCY is an uncontrolled break in the mainline or at a service valve that, if left unchecked, would result in property damage. In the event of an irrigation emergency in the park: (970) 444-5782 This number is for emergencies only. Please be aware that calls to this number that are not emergencies will be charged $75. FOR IRRIGATION NON-EMERGENCIES in the park, including leaks, over-watering, or malfunctioning sprinklers, please contact the Community Association Manager at 970-549-9044 or email descriptions and photos of the issue to admin@cic-hoa.com. |

Because we may be onsite at some of the properties we manage, visits to the CIC Management Solutions office are by appointment only.
