Association's Right To Remove ViolationThese protective covenants shall be enforced
by the Committee herein created; and /or the Boyer Farms Homeowners Association; and/or any individual lot owner in said subdivision by proceedings at law or in equity against any person or persons violating or attempting to violate any covenant either to restrain the violation or to recover damages. Campers, boats, trailers, or any other similar vehicle shall be
garaged or screened from neighbors? view behind the residence.

PARKING OF VEHICLES ON PUBLIC STREETS BY OWNERS IS PROHIBITED EXCEPT FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING PURPOSES. THERE SHALL BE NO PARKING ON THE SIDEWALK FOR THE GRASS BETWEEN THE ROAD AND THE SIDEWALK. (Article V, Section 8)

FencesAll fencing shall be subject to approval of the Architectural Review Committee. Fences will be permitted on Lots from the rear line of the residence to the back property line and across the rear property line. No chain link fencing is allowed. Wood and metal fencing may be allowed if they have masonry columns matching the house masonry. Max column spacing is sixteen feet (24?) on center. Wood fencing shall be (6) feet in height
with dog ears. Metal fencing shall be wrought iron (4 to 6 feet tall) with masonry columns as specified above. Fencing must be maintained by the owner. All fencing must comply with the zoning regulations of the applicable governmental entity/entities, and the State of Tennessee. Lot owners who allow their dogs outdoors shall install and maintain an
underground electric fence and said pet shall wear a functional receiving collar. Said fence may not extend closer to any street than the rear corners of the lot. Said fences shall remain five (5) feet off all Lot lines and shall not tie into adjacent fences.
As to corner lots or radius curves: No fence may be closer than 40 feet from any street (measured from the back of the street curb) and no fence may extend in front of front corner of adjacent homes. (Article V, Section 7)

Only one (1) ?For Sale? sign, with a size not to exceed twelve (12) square feet, may be placed on the lot to be sold. All other signs are expressly prohibited. (Article V, Section 20)
Trampolines AllowedTrampolines shall be designed to be flush mount with the ground. The Architectural Review
Committee may permit above grade trampolines in cases where topography or rock prevents flush mount installation, in which case, substantial landscape screening will be required. (Article V, Section 22)
