Building exterior:Each residence shall be predominantly brick or stone (at least 70%) in the front of the residence with the remaining exterior of the residence to be stone and/or siding. All foundations will be block with brick to grade.

limited to artwork, statues, sculptures or other ornaments on the front or side of any lot, except the approved mailbox.
FencesNo fence shall be erected or allowed on any lot or building site closer to the street than the rear corners of the house and all fences must be approved in writing by the Developer. No fence shall be erected any closer to the street than the building setback line. No chain link fences are allowed on the property.

Trash Can StorageAll trash and other debris shall be stored in receptacles, which shall be suitably screened to conceal the same from view of neighboring lots.
Vehicle StorageAny non running vehicle or automobile must be removed from any street or lot in the subdivision within forty-eight (48) hours.
