Irrigation EmergenciesAN IRRIGATION EMERGENCY is an uncontrolled break in the mainline or at a service valve that, if left unchecked, would result in property damage. If it is not yours and/or cannot be turned off at a service valve:
Call the first person on the list, leave a message, and work your way down until someone answers or returns your call. Keep in mind, they may be on their way to assist.

FOR NON-EMERGENCIES, including pressure issues, leaks, or irrigation outages, please contact the Community Association Manager at 970-549-9044 or email descriptions and photos of the issue to admin@cic-hoa.com.

Over-watering of lawns and causing water to run down the gutter is not an emergency. It is, however, a waste of a precious resource. Please monitor your irrigation usage.

Community Management Company/Contact Information/Office HoursBrandon Estates is managed by CIC Management Solutions, LLC. The office is located in downtown Grand Junction.

Because we may be onsite at some of the properties we manage, visits to the CIC Management Solutions office are by appointment only. In an effort to keep staff and HOA members safe, office visits are currently suspended due to Covid-19.

Office Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Closed: Weekends and Holidays

CIC Management Solutions wants to maintain a clear communication path with members. All non-emergency communication should be made in writing.
