Rental PolicyHomeowners may rent their unit, but must comply with all Maryland and Baltimore County regulations and registrations. A copy of the lease must be submitted to the management company. The lease term must be at least one (1) year.
Architectural Request Review PolicyApplications must be submitted to the management company for any exterior alteration to the home. This includes, but is not limited to, decks, fences, patios and storm doors. Requests, when received, are forwarded to the ARC Committee for review. Once a decision has been rendered on the application, notice is sent to the homeowners to advise of the decision. Should the ARC Committee fail to approve or disapprove any plans within seventy-five (75) days of receipt, the application will be automatically approved.

Any homeowner who performs an exterior alteration without receiving the proper prior approval will be sent a notice. If within fifteen (15) days after having been given such notice, the Owner does not take reasonable steps to terminate the violation, the Association may enter upon the Lot and take the reasonable steps necessary to terminate the violation and the Owner will be billed accordingly for the work performed.
