Association Fees and Assessments

Fees IncludeFull time on-site maintenance, management fee, pool upkeep, gym upkeep, insurance, landscaping, common area electricity, waste removal, elevator maintenance contract, fire system contract, water, electricity, gas, pest control, termite bond.
How are dues/assessments billedAssessments are due monthly.
Late Fee PolicyUnit Owners whose payments are not received by the 15th of each month will be assessed a $25 Late Fee, and will be notified of such by mail. If the payment in full is not received by the last day of the same month, the Unit Owner shall be notified of all due and payable amounts by registered mail at the official address they have listed with the Association's agent. If payment in full is not received by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th day of the following month, the entire Annual Assessment for the year will become due and payable, and the account will be turned over to the association's attorney, who shall then institute any and all necessary collection procedures, including Foreclosure Sale of the unit. A delinquent Unit Owner shall be responsible for reimbursement of postage and all mail handling expenses incurred by the Association's agent, as well as the payment of any Attorney's fees arising therefrom.
Supplemental Fees (Other)Move In fee is $200. No fee to move out.

Clubhouse InformationHighland Club is available for rental. Please contact Boothby Realty, Inc. at 205-879-9500 for further information on reserving the room.
Controlled Access in the common areas? Hours?The buidling is secure, and guests may use the entry system located at the front door to request entry. Owners must grant access for guests to enter the building.
Exercise FacilityThe building has an excercise room with several pieces of gym equipment for use to owners and guests only.
Recreational FacilitiesThe building has a roof top deck, as well as an indoor pool area.
