Pet PolicyAs a homeowner, you are free to keep domestic pets. Renters need to abide by the rules of their landlords. Residents are responsible for the behavior and any damage caused by their pets. If you work and your dog is confined during the day, you are responsible for any disturbance which may occur. Nuisances created by pets are subject to further actions by the Board.
