|Parking Information||NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING & SPEED LIMIT RULES |
The size of our streets & close proximity of our homes make parking in our neighborhood a daily challenge. Vehicles that are not parked properly create an inconsiderate situation for other drivers, as well as restricted and/or blocked access for emergency vehicles. Another problem in our neighborhood is vehicle speed through our streets. Too many situations have occurred where vehicles have nearly collided or someone was nearly hit by vehicle driving too fast down our streets.
In order to eliminate these problems, the Creekstone Homeowner Association board has established the following set of parking & speed limit rules for all of our residents and their guests:
1. Park on the RIGHT-HAND side of the street (as viewed when you enter from Rocky Ridge Rd).
2. Right-hand side parking stops before the street drain at 1559 Creekstone Circle.
3. Parking between the street drain & the mailbox at 1570 Creekstone Circle is prohibited.
4. Residents are not allowed to park overnight on the street - UNLESS there’s some type of temporary work occurring at their home (Note: Any work that requires overnight street parking for more than (3) nights, the board must be notified in
5. Vehicles parked in a driveway must not extend into the street.
6. Do not block another resident’s driveway without their permission.
7. Our neighborhood speed limit is 20 MILES PER HOUR !!
Note: The turn-around at the end of Creekstone Circle can be used for additional parking. All
such parking must be parallel. If the turn-around area is full, then all overflow guests
must to park in one of the local shopping center parking lots and be shuttled back & forth.
These parking & speed limit rules have been designed to provide convenience & safety for all concerned. Violation of these rules will be addressed by the CHOA board accordingly.

|Type of Construction||APPROVAL PROCESS FOR CREEKSTONE HOMEOWNERS DESIRING TO MAKE CHANGES TO THEIR PROPERTY’S EXTERIORS |
Article III, Section 3.01b of the Creekstone Homeowner Association Protective Covenants strictly prohibits any improvement or structure of any kind to be made to the exterior of a homeowner’s property without first obtaining written approval from the Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”).
In order to assist Creekstone homeowners in obtaining official approval regarding making any change to their property’s exterior, the board of directors established the following 5-step process:
Step 1: The approval process begins by the homeowners submitting the appropriate documentation regarding the requested change (i.e. construction blueprints, landscape drawings, etc.) to our association’s management company (Boothby Realty). This documentation must include the construction timeline, types of materials being used (including colors, color codes, etc.), as well as all other pertinent construction materials and/or landscape items, etc.
Step 2: Boothby Realty will review the submitted paperwork to verify that all required documentation has been submitted. If not, the homeowner will have a maximum of (30) days to submit the required documents. If all required documents have not been submitted in (30) days, the change request will be terminated and all documents returned to the homeowner.
Step 3: After Boothby Realty verifies that all required documentation has been received, they will alert the ARC team. At that point, the ARC team will review the requested change and verify if it meets all requirements of the Creekstone HOA covenants. A simple majority vote of the ARC team is required to approve or disapprove the proposed change request. The ARC members shall take no longer than fourteen (14) days to complete their review and vote.
Step 4: Once a vote is completed, the ARC team will notify Boothby Realty of their decision. Boothby Realty will then notify the homeowner.
Step 5a: If approved, the homeowner may proceed with the proposed exterior project. Upon completion, the ARC team chairperson will inspect the project to ensure that it was completed according to the approved plans, and will notify Boothby Realty of the results of their inspection. Boothby Realty will then notify the homeowner of a successful final inspection by the ARC team and that their exterior property change has been officially recorded as being in HOA compliance. However, if the final inspection finds any problem with the finished project, Boothby Realty will notify the homeowner of the problem(s), as well as what’s required to remedy the situation, as well as that their property change project is considered as not in HOA compliance. The homeowner will be given a reasonable amount of time (not to exceed 90 days) to make the necessary changes. Should the homeowner fail or refuse to make these changes, the board shall pursue the appropriate remedies to have the exterior changes brought into the proper HOA compliance.
Step 5b: Should the ARC team disapprove a homeowners proposed exterior change project, the owner has the following options:
1. Appeal their change request directly to the board of directors if they feel the ARC team
did not follow proper guidelines, were prejudiced in their disapproval, etc.
2. Address the appropriate changes which caused the ARC team to disapprove their project and re-submit back to Boothby Realty.
3. Re-submit the proposed change at a later time.
Please be advised that homeowners who request approval to make exterior changes must agree to grant access to their property for Creekstone ARC members, Creekstone board members, as well as our association’s contacts with Boothby Realty. This access is necessary to ensure compliance of the proposed change project with Creekstone HOA covenants. Any homeowner who refuses to grant such access to their property will not have their exterior change request processed.
Boothby Realty will track and record each exterior property change request throughout it’s entire cycle. Therefore, homeowners are advised to contact Boothby Realty directly with questions, concerns, etc., for the best update regarding the progress of their pending property change approval.
Homeowners who have any questions regarding this approval process should contact any member of the ARC team, or our management company Boothby Realty, Inc. for assistance.
