Board Meeting Information | Every month on the 2nd MONDAY OF THE MONTH at 6:00 PM at the Clubhouse unless otherwise notified. There is no Board meetings in December. The meetings are currently being held virtually due to COVID. |

Color of Paint (Approved) | EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS The link is to colors that can be found at the Castle Rock Sherwin Williams website. You may review the color books at the Clubhouse as well during regular posted hours. Owner must submit for approval even if repainting to match existing scheme. Exposed foundation must be painted as well. Color scheme cannot be the same as immediate neighbors. |
