WELCOME to our Association | Located on Bald Hill Road, 10 miles South East of Yelm, Thurston County, Washington. Clearwood is a lakeside residential community nestled around three lakes. This uniquely private, gated community is set in 900 forested acres against a backdrop of rolling hills including Bald Hill and Mount Rainier. Restricted access - can only be obtained by the lot owner's gate card! |

Board Meeting Information | Board Meetings are held the 3rd Saturday of every month at 9:00 am at the Clearwood Office |
Annual Meeting Information | Our Annual Membership Meeting is held on the 3rd Saturday in August every year. |
Committee Volunteer Information | Members are encouraged to get involved! We have many opportunities to serve the community: Architectural Control Committee, Lakes Committee, Water, Roads, Parks & Playgrounds, Community Property, Patrol, Violations, Finance, and Member Relations are just a few ways to participate. |

Assessment and Payment Options available | ACH, Cash, Check, Money Order Credit/Debit Cards are accepted in the office. All cards will be charged a fee of 3% of the amount. |
Lakes | All of the lakes, Clear Lake, Blue Lake and Horseshoe Lake are stocked with fish. Clear Lake allows public access for fishing and boating, while Blue Lake and Horseshoe Lake are for the use of community members and their guests only. Boating on Clear Lake is restricted to five miles per hour to maintain the tranquility of the surrounding area. |

Beach Information | Reichel, Longmire, Otter, Windy, Madrona and Sunset Beach each have a bath house/restroom, picnic cabana, boat access, swim floats, fishing docks. Boat ramps & tie-up areas at each beach and also Blue Lake & Horseshoe Lake. Lakes: Clear Lake = 170 Acres, 25 ft max depth Blue Lake = 11.2 Acres, 11 ft max depth Horseshoe Lake = 9.2 Acres, shallow depth |
BBQ Pits | Cabanas are available for group use without reservation but we do ask that you notify the office with the date, time, and number of people for large group gatherings on Community Property. Your group may not completely take over any particular area (such as all the tables and cooking areas). Members area responsible for any damage caused by your guests. |
Sport Courts and Field Information | Two Baseball fields, three Tennis courts, and two sport courts are open from 5 am to 10 pm |
