About our Neighborhood	As part of our service commitment to the board, we will be periodically driving the neighborhood to ensure that homes are being well cared for. We know that there has been a lot of rain and weed season is here. The most common violations that we normally see are a lack of trimming back plants in the yard, weeds and trash cans not being properly stored out of sight and parking violations. Please take a moment to tidy up your yards, place trash cans in their proper location, etc.

Architectural Request Review Policy	All Exterior Improvements must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for Review and Approval. State law allows 30 days for approval, however our committee works to get you a reply prior to the allotted 30 days. ARC request forms must be submitted even if the paint colors are on the approved paint palette. Please fill out the ARC Request form under Association Documents and submit it to customercare@nwmanage.com
Board Meeting Attendance/Conduct Policy	All residents are welcome to attend. Please do not forget to sign in and provide us with current phone numbers and email addresses.
